Holster. Visage was a mastery of art. Nasal paths were dripping in gooey membrane. He had been panting loudly; sucking up the mucus when it drizzled down his upper lips. Occasionally, a fleshy tongue would loll out of his blackened gum line and he would push the muscle inside of his nose tasting the lovely presents inside! YUMMY! Oh what a piece he was! Pelt was married to soot and filth. It was as if the environment herself had added every little piece of muck she had and glued it onto Hol's decorative figure. Branches, leaves, mud, piss. Art went above and beyond in this case! Go big or go home right? For he also let off a fragrance beautiful enough to assassinate butterflies. It was quite a talent when you attracted fleas and other pests. All of these things resided in Holster's poor excuse for a coat.(c)
Holster..Solid paws pranced along the water- regrettably for all around; he did not believe in baths. But he sure did love to frolic in the mud. One foot, two foot, three foot, FOUR. Thick feeties sunk between muddy stone and he paused quickly. Eh? Hol attempted to tug one of those menacing paws upward- nope? EH? "What the FUCK." He cursed. Now. This outcast was no stranger to strength. In fact he was always quite proud of himself for such. Burly frame was hidden under the deceptive appearance of disgust. Elongated legs twitched and he started to whisper to himself. Gums peeled over orangey incisors all of them coated in slime. "OI STUCK. It's all your fault ALL YOUR FAULT." He snorted, causing snot to fly. He pranced all of those legs- except the one. He listened to those voices giggle inside his head. "SHUTUPSHUTUP." Maxilla snapped quickly at the air as he struggled. Poor thing, his mangled tail twitched irritably. (d)
Darais had been feeling rather bad about how he snapped at the little queen. Though he felt his words were true, it still had not been his place. Worried, fallen little solider would slowly seek out that insane wolf again. Why he kept tempting danger, he never knew. Maybe he did truly want it to all end, to rejoin what made him happy. Forever abandoned, forever alone. Boo hoo! Snout had no trouble picking up the disgusting scent of the other, and before long he was tip toeing through the mud, trying his damndest not to get anything on him! His glistening coat was too perfect to destroy! Who wanted to go through another three hours of grooming at this time anyways? Snout shoved out the smell as best it could, once earthly triangles picked up the voice that was screaming away... probably at no one in particular. Damn, he should have brought another rabbit! Well, his own sorrows were cast aside as emerald pools finally took in the sight of the other. Opposites.> He stopped a few feet away and craned his skull. ‘’You’re not stuck, are you?’’ His voice came out in more of a murr than he was expecting. Surly this beastly brute wouldn’t let something as ridiculous as mud stop him now! Yet the thought was slightly amusing, and a smile curled up that cream an alabaster face. Of course, he could never be so cruel as to actually leave someone in danger, so he waited to see the outcome, and if any assistance would be necessary.
Aisline, quite honestly, was having a bit of a rough go. All in all, one might consider their day on the negative side should they be swept away in a huge swirling mass of water they couldn't even see, then deposited upon some foreign shore with little more than their name and a water clogged sinus. Sight was overrated, that was until you needed it. Quite honestly there was no moment that she had wished for her vision to return than now. Back where she had been before, well her eyes were of little need. Worn paths of grass had been her paths, and her nose had known each tree from each other. In fact she'd even given them names! But no longer. These trees were strangers, and she felt as if she had wandered into the wrong side of the neighborhood. West side, no thank you. The previous day and night had done little to dry her fur, keeping it instead a clumped mess of brown mud and grassy twigs that couldn't have been charming even if she had planned it. Instead it was more than obvious >>
Aisline. that she was up a creek without a paddle. Or a plan. Or. You know. Eyes. One of the strange trees had been her shelter for the longest time, leaving her to smell nothing but rotting pine and sticky mud, and the sound of the water all around her. That was, until someone decided to go and get their foot stuck. Nose began to twitch, unable to get more than the scent of water. But where smell failed, hearing was more than happy to pick up. After all, who couldn't hear that loud cursing and basic screaming? It certainly was an oddity among the peace and quiet and tranquility. Shuffling from beneath her needled hollow, blind girl began a bit of a belly crawl, using paws as feelers as she headed towards the voice. Wise? Probably not! But it was happening. <<
Prodigy's head turned to look behind him; he'd never get used to the black and white wolf guardian not following him. Miat had told him that he'd be following shortly, but it had been a few days, and he was still alone, just starting to approach the Crew's territory. Doing his best to push down the nervousness coursing through him, he continued with his journey to the fabled pack. He'd grown up on the stories.. And he was meant to be a great addition to it, or so said Miatanae.. Clenching his jaw, scarred form made its way up the riverbank, coming around the bend from some pines to see quite a sight before him. One wolf.. Wolf? Yes he thought it was a wolf, even if it looked more like a nightmare creature. One was stuck, one was asking if it needed help, and another one whom seemed.. Rather bedraggled. Nervousness fluttered through him again as he kept on forward, masking his emotions behind the mask and green triangle of his heritage. >>
Prodigy, approached the female the smelled of river first, allowing the cream colored wolf to attempt to help the.. thing out. Imposing mask peered down at the femme that was belly-crawling towards the voices, and a few steps ahead of her had him looking back to see her eyes- Oh. That was why she was crawling towards this.. thing. "Do you need help?" He tilted his head, deep voice of a freshly out of puberty wolf easily heard by the wolves around them. <<
Antics walked ever so casually with the nonchalant air of regal royalty. Ears remained pricked and alert of all her surroundings, silvered stare fixated on the scene that was unfolding before her. Psychotic smile peeled into leathered corners of her mouth; revealing the sharp double inscisors that sprung forth from gum line. What have we here? A fuckwit forcibly bathing his feet, elbow deep, another young one who popped off the other night, and ah yes.... yet another newcomer. Blood Queen positioned herself on an overlooking boulder and sat herself in a rather unsympathetic manner as she simply watched the shit show; smiling her own deranged smile. "Well well, what have we here..." she said in poisonous tones. [crap sorry]
Holster. THIS IS THE END. Pack your belongings and transport him to your paradise! Dear god, please send your bestest and most exceptional angel because I have been a good (scratch that) decent boy. LOVE - Hol. Disturbing laugh reverberated through his skull. Okay fine. Hell! ANYTHING to get out of this magnificent mud! He screeched melodramatically. The pitiful wine exiting his larynx audibly as he breathed a sigh only the imminent deceased could make. Holster was a corpse. RIP. Sayonara, au revoir, ciao, kiss kiss, bon voyage! After a long pause that flicker of courage penetrated his heated core. He allowed movement to the suctioned adjunct. The dim slop was cool around his large toes. The texture like a liquefied sponge; and it swallowed Hol's paw whole like a ravenous whore would a cockadoodaldo. Another sigh departed his lips full of self-pity. (c)
Holster.."Oh, woest me! CURSE OF THE LAND, as I have cursed her." Mourning seeped into the depths of Holster's black pulsing heart, but even in his current life threatening situation, he was not sorry for the words he had spat at a 'queen'. The charlatan wore no badge praiseworthy of her title. Not with the large lake of legend she had to fill. How vexing! Who would accomplish his worthy objective? Insulted; a snort was aimed at the water causing its purity to be tainted in snot. With no motive and no one to continue his fate- Holster let lids close over those charcoal spheres. Let this world burn without him! At least he wasn't to be unaccompanied in his death! Solitary canine had created a world upon his loneliness and thus! It was vanquished inside of his head. Two distinct voices were birthed from insanity- a cure to that ache that only he could hear and feel. (c)
Holster..Movement caused those shimmering black eyes to shoot open. HOLYGOD. It was an ANGEL. Dar to the rescue! Dramatic canine had been in worse situations for sure, but to see the creamy wolf coming his way sent a smile and a gleeful cheer. "Me? STUCK?" He chortled then- "yeah okay I am stuck and I AM TO DIE HERE it is my punishment." He would have hung his head in grief. Dumbass was a lethal creature, but here he was crying. ADD moment: He let a snarl exit his lips. Wet nasal paths flared. "A woman? OI Angel boy, there is a chick over there. LOOK." He could see her crawling his way if he narrowed those black beady eyes of his. Before he could yet again let another word about her drop. He sniffed. Posture suddenly transformed and once sorrowful lad had treacherous written all over him. Muscles tightened close to the bone and gums began to twitch. DANGER? (c)
Holster..The scent was first, but the mark of a legend appeared on the mutt's façade. A neon triangle like those STORIES. He smelt- SNIFFSNIFF, like? The queen who had taken a piss on him earlier. He observed, cantering his skull side to side, confused. "Is everyone here just a fuckin rainbow or something?" He snapped his jaws twice before peering at his angelboy with void eyes. "Would you be a sexy lad' and help me?" He wagged his poor excuse for a tail now. He could smell Antics was on her way and he didn't want the lady to see him in such a state ANNND it was too late. OH WELL. The outcast then tugged hard enough that a loud 'POP' could be heard. "IM FREEEEEEEEEE." Idiot.(d)
Darais would flick his auds back to the sounds of grass being smothered. At least they didn’t scream! Cantering his skull to get a look see at who was crawling. Ooh, another female! This land was littered in them.. Speaking of, there’s that legend Hol was so happy to meet. Brows knitted for a split second, then wiped off any expression to give her a greeting bow of his head. All the while, one triangle stayed pinned upon Hol. Attention turned back to a male, finally!, who was asking the blind if she needed help. He would have offered, but he was awaiting Hol’s words. Not by choice, it just came to be that way. Sometimes the strongest needed help in other ways. Yet, Hol proved to be strong in speech today, as he rambled on for what felt like forever. Patient ‘angel’, would listen to every word and not judge a single moment. He snapped his head back to the lady crawling over, was she doing something creepy!? Nope, Hol was just letting him know there’s a snake in the grass.> Okay, good to know. THANKS. ‘’I see her. I think you scare her more than she scares you.’’ He coo’d out, trying to keep a positive aura for the apparently dying creature. A look of disgust crossed his face as he glanced at the mud. He had to get in THAT to help Hol? Internal whine would echo inside. Creamy paws would chose to step on pebbles to not meet the same deathly fate! Soot painted booties would stay on firm ground as he was just about to help dig the matted mutt out. Then POP, which sent mud flying onto him. Lids fluttered in frustration, but he smiled brightly. “You’re free!’’ He chimed in with the cheering. His tail dancing behind him, having not thought as the excitement was swirling inside him. That was, till the legendary woman spoke again. Tail deadpanned. Too much going on, what personality to take? What to do? Silence captured his vocals. Green triangles? Legends? He had no clue what this pack was, or use to be.
Aisline. Welp. Here we go. You try to sneak up and do some eavesdropping and suddenly youre the life of the freaking party! Little girl proceeded to nope out of there, or at least attempt to. Apparently the pincher formation was popular when you were being sneaked up on. Just as soon as tiny brown and tawny paws were trying to back out of the mud, grey butt was pressing right up against another male. Loud yelp, one that really should have been awarded some form of emmy or something. BElly was no longer pressed aginst them mud, and instead it was in the air as she gave a jump to make a cat jealous. Rear end swung in a circle formation, taking her from facing the stuck crazy to the one who had just gotten butt bumped. Rocks along the shore made sure that she didnt stay up for long, lack of vision combining with the ol friend gravity to send her crashing right back to the ground. Whoops.
Prodigy's head turned back to watch the show that was going on in the river. Admittedly he did step back a few paces, ears swiveling back for a moment as he became unsure, pinning to his skull as the beast started screeching as he continued to be stuck in the muck. He'd have to make note of not stepping in the riverbanks around here for a while, he wasn't aware that it was so swampy in that particular area. Having just about to turn back to the female now that the seemingly crazy, screeching, pile of fur was loose from the mud, but she had beaten him to gaining his attention! He'd jumped back, barely managing to contain the startled yelp that had come from him as he bumped right up against the rock behind him, eyeing the poor female as she fell into the rocks. Heat flushed through his body, having never experienced the proximity of a female before, or really any other wolves. Heart fluttered in his chest as he swallowed, gaze now towards another female. >>
Prodigy. But this one made his heart seem to stop. Their masks were almost the same, save for his green triangle. The same spikes. The same red markings down their backs. Same mowhawk. He didn't recognize the femme.. But knew who she was. He wasn't stupid. "Hello." Voice was smooth, if not a little cold. Miat's words echoed in the back of his mind: Do not show fear, but do not lash out, tread carefully. She thought you were dead. Yes, the prodigal son returns!<<
Antics yawned absentmindedly; hardly entertained by the satirical scene that lay waste before and below her. Although, Darais had captured her attention momentarilly, simply with how her voice had seemingly paralyzed him in place. She tended to have that effect on others though, especially those who did not know her. Soft spoken if she were to speak at all, she believed actions were all that were necessary in life, words only complicated everything; as Holster was the poster child for..... He was charming in his own way, and personally, Antics held no ill feelings for him or any other aside from Justicar at the moment. (But that was a conversation for another day.) Hollowed pools of silver and white bounced from the spectacle in the mud to the male that now stood near her>> Antics: She knew this male from long ago, though it had been many years since she had last known him. He was grown now, into an almost negative mirror image of her own coloration and adornments. "Prodigy." she cooed, almost affectionately, ears laying back a bit to signal her recognition and acceptance. "Come." she beckoned, though still with the firmness of her sovereign self proclammation. (sp?) The other female, she had no recollection of whatsoever, and at this point, had no reason to make her acquaintance. It seemed The Crew's lands were for the homeless these days. What a pity. [f]
Kayte, only a little pup who was unaware of just about everything, casually strolled onto the scene, casting a glance in each individual's direction. These some funky-lookin' wolves. Whatever, though. Child's mind was accepting of the stranger things in life. A little bark was offered as a greeting. (lolol idk what else to put ^^;)
Holster. Freedom was illustrious in such a feeble mind! For now the perilous mud had been vanquished by none other than Holster himself. Victor! Hark the penetrating howl of champions! Jowls had clamped together in pose; letting fleshy lips peel and vocals to sing. Unbearably, he sang out of tune and the lucid sound bellowed out from his throat in uneven soundwaves. "OOOOoooOOoOoooOOoOoooOOooooo" He bawled in more than frustrating waves. If one was sensitive to such then it would be more than likely a headache. Holster had forgotten his surroundings and in doing so, had flayed his angel with dimples of dirt. He heed not the words of any around him. Merely, this sordid mutt sat in the mutt and howled obnoxiously till his lungs had nothing more to give. Tufts upon his bottom developed a new layer of filth as it soaked in watery mud. After he was done he wheezed. (c)
Holster..Jaws remain ajar as he attempted to catch his breath and calm his palpitating heart. What a grand time to be alive! A new line of snot withdrew from his nasal paths and he licked the lines up happily. Ahh, much better. Mangy mutt peered at the commotion before those soulless looking eyes stopped on his angel boy. Canine sneered at his angel's grinning face, because who wouldn't smile at such a performance? It seemed these lands were becoming more and more crowded. Mental note: pee on everything. "EH. Lookie here Angelboy, sexy ladies for you." He chuckled before eyes landed upon Antics- it seemed her and this new dude had much in common. As always. Holster was a fool, not an idiot. "DRAMA IN DAH HOUSE." He whispered/screamed. Well, he thought he had emitted a soft voice, but nothing was ever soft when it came to this mutt. (c)
Holster..He would ignore Antics and her kin for now his attention was placed somewhere else. He'd rather not get in the way (again). He peeled his butt off the ground and~ Closer, and closer he made his way to the lass Mr. Triangle had been near. Purposely, canine kicked up rocks and prodded clumsy so that she would hear him. "You know what sucks?" He asked probably everyone since his voice was obtuse and unfiltered. "Being blind." A sickening sound rumbled from his core. Well, that was insensitive. This lethal, batty creature pranced towards eyeless lady until he towered over her and perceived the femme. "Hi. I'm Hol and I can see." ... wow. "So, how did you even get here?" He giggled; his smell radiating off his garbled strands. "Didja crawl from somewhere?" He cooed and lowered himself near her snout. She would be able to smell his rotting breath. "A PUPPY??" Well, that didn't last long.(d)
Darais nearly tripped over himself, walking backwards and away from the mud. He did not want more of that stuff on his prestige coat! As hard as he tried, as hard as he wanted to... He could not keep a straight face as that.... angelic singing.... rang out and blasted against his overly sensitive ear drums. Skin crawled in repulsion, as chocolate kisses for ears would try to hide against his skull to keep the sound from penetrating his soul. Nervous chuckle, “Ah-ha, what a lovely performance.’’ His tone suggested he meant every word. Encourage everyone! Would be rude not to. Attention went to the new male, he had to start learning names! Lets see here... Legends was.. Attic? Nope.. Hm.. Okay, so new kid was Prodigy. What of the new lass on her belly? OI! That mutt! ‘’Oh... I’m not really interested in..’’ He was going to say a mate, but he was cut off by how RUDE Hol was being to the blind wolfess. As he was about to butt in and hopefully save some sort of grace for the poor lady,> a puppy came barking! Now to choose... Leave a defenseless puppy to Hol, or a blind young lady? Lets see how the woman can handle that brute. He went to sit between the new lady and the puppy, lowering his frame so he was eye to eye to the pup. Head craning to the side, those bright emerald eyes wide and full of playful energy. His butt rose slightly, wagging that tail in large arches. Friendly. He wiggled a little, and then gave a bit of a yip! Dar could totally talk puppy, and play like a pup too! - ANTICS, that was the name! Speaking of, another glance was given up to the legendary woman. What made her, cause Hol to cream his fur? A studying gaze went over her. Posture. Aura. Alertness. She gave off an impressive first impression. Maybe in another mood, he could talk to her without pause... but right now, there was a puppy! One aud stayed pinned behind him, waiting to see how it played out with Hol and the new comer.
Aisline. If there was one thing that wasn't good when you were blind, it was over stimulation. She sucked in a breath, unable to fully concentrate at hte variety of smells, voices, and feelings that came from all around here. One moment there was a rush of heat from the one she'd bumped into, then a murmured of words between two. One she hadn't even realized had been there! How many were there? The next moment heat was gone from behind her, changed with rancid breath that had her shuddering. Indeed she didn't have eyes but she certainly had a nose! Ears too. Had that howl come from this creature as well? Never one to make rough assumptions or be rude, she gave a shaking smile, nodding faintly as she did. "Over there." voice was a tad husky for lack of use while head nodded in what she hoped was the correct direction. In fact it was just a tad off, pointing to a bare patch of boulders that lay next to the pine tree which had been her home of the last time. "Before that, in the river."
Prodigy's jumped again when the howling started, ears pinning back as his sensitive ears were assaulted by the screeching sound. Immediately he stepped forward at his mother's commands, even if he had had mixed feelings about the shewolf that stood before him. Dipping his head in a smaller version of Miat's bow, he gave her the respect that he knew she deserved, before lifting his head up proudly again. Yes, he was nervous, but that didn't stop him from holding himself tall and proud like he deserved. He was the lineage of two great wolves! And he was going to act like it. But there were far too many wolves about that didn't even seem to be part of the Crew- The only one who really smelled of the Crew was Antics. The faint smell of numerous other wolves that clung to even Miat's fur still! >>
Prodigy lifted a paw to start moving forward, but stopped as he thought that perhaps it would be better if he allowed her to lead. "Would it be in our better interest to leave these strangers to.. whatever it is they are doing? And head to the territory? I was given orders to reach it as soon as possible." He said it with a businesslike tone, not dominant or submissive, but someone on a mission who needed to get something important done! And with that, he would either follow Anti to the Crew's lands, or let her deal with the four outsiders. The four of them were doing quite a job at overwhelming him completely, and he knew he had to get away before anything happened.. <<
Antics watched her son cautiously approach, his jumpy demeanour causing her to frown hard. "Did you lose your testicles, son?" she asked, a hint of concern concealed behind blatant sarcasm. Loud chuff escaped her nostrils, ears swivelling back to the front as she tried to take in the crazy commotion all around. It really was overwhelming to say the least. But, what was this? An unattended pup? A rumble started in her gut, indicating to her brain that she had not, in fact, eaten in several days. Perhaps it was to be remedied tonight! "Go then, fulfill your orders. I have business to attend to." Large yet slender frame slinked from the precipice-like throne of stone, oversized paws of crimson murdering the delicate blades of grass below as her weight was applied fully. >>
Antics: There was no need to jump, for her size was an attribute she took full advantage of. With a simple series of but two steps, skull clicked higher and hollowed, pupilless gaze was affixated on the whelp that appeared out of nowhere. She minded naught any attention toward Darais, the blind she-wolf, or even Holster who was comically hassling the lass about her disability. For being one of such brainless capacity, he seemed to obtain more information than he generally let on. Shocking. Drool began to accumulate around the edges of her lips as they would part, cascading down in spring-like fashion onto the pup's head should she not relocate. "What have we here..." she chided icilly. [f]
Kayte was assaulted in the ears by the howl, which made them lil triangles hurt like a motherfucker, causing little Kayte to scream along with that excuse for singing. Anyway. Suddenly she became the focus of a lot of people. Hi. Hello. Hey. Ho there. One of them arfed at her and went into a play bow, to which the lass would wiggle all over and roll around trying to play bow herself. Yay! Fun! Some more yips were given but thn there was a big lady towering over her with a look in her eye that Kayte didn't much care for. Immediately, she'd bolt up and back away, pulling up her lip and giving one of the weakest growls ever probably. She's only a little babbu! No hurt her!
Holster. Attitude teetered as mindset was already fragile. Such a fact was recognizable the way posture and words comingled. A voice not known to any pushed for his attention and he paused. Like a statue; momentarily he paused which was very abnormal for the mutt. Canine was listening to something interiorly. Holster's cortex was easily manipulated and distracted, his bold voice showed to be fearless when it was called upon. Although actions seemed to be harmless. It would be a grand mistake to under estimate him. Finally, he moved and allowed a vigorous shake to his skull; back and forth it jerked and small whispers could be heard spewing from his mouth. A twitch of those ratty tips. Real voices had begun conversing and healed his momentary insanity. Well! He did not expect such a party in these parts- honestly Hol was on his way to take a piss on properties he had been warned not to touch; and like a rebellious teenager, this canine was on his way to being grounded forever. (c)
Holster... Or so, with the legend being true: dead. He had anticipated a harsher punishment. Puncture wound inside ear was barely enough to display dominance. In fact it egged him on. Holster had noted his angel's protective nature and honestly it was probably the best move. Hol didn't like puppies. He didn't know how they worked and they looked fugly. It would be wise for the angel wolf to take the thing under his wing, because you know.. Hol was a hungry dude! EH OH WELL. He was magnetized by the irritation voiced by blindy. Socialization was not his forte. I mean, he practically screamed, whispered or chattered to himself on a daily bases. He was not sure what the fuck she was talking about so he lost interest. Creature did not even attempt to inconvenience Antics. She had already displayed a kind act of piss and he deemed that lucky enough. To be pissed on by a legend! (c)
Holster..WOWEE. He opted to eavesdrop in secret, because now he was curious on to what this new Mr. Triangle was! Though that was short lived, because those voices were hounding him again. SO ANNOYING. Holster ignored the pretty blind female as if he forgot he had insulted her and padded away. He had some trees to piss on. OKAY BYE? "Later angelboy, blindy, puppy, Antics son and.. Antics." He pranced away quickly before they knew what he was up to! That was until the puppy screamed. He stopped, turned and eyed the queen. "Honestly." His voice for some reason sounded quite 'normal' for one off his rocker. He aimed his arrow at Antics- voice sullen and deep. "To pick on a whelp is quite dull wouldn't you say?" He chuckled and that sneer reverted back. "How about you go see that lil' wittle son of yours, eh?" To attack a child; tsk tsk. (c)
Holster..With that he padded off- maybe he should bite her baby! See how she likes it. Antics was wise to be wary of Holster and his perception because this canine took things personally.. very much so. He purposely padded those solid paws in the direction of Prod- the missing prince. Ohoho.. this should be good. (d) (exit)
Darais rose a brow as Hol seemed to be in his head again. A chill, like a single ice cube, slithered down his spine. Shaking it off, acting as if it was a playful wiggle to the pup again. At least the mangy wolf seemed to have some things to do, and like that, he was skipping off to Goddess knows what. He would have to find Hol some food again; because it looked like whatever it was had that wolfs full attention... Another glance was spared to the blind one. A gentle tone flowed out and attempted to sooth her. ‘’I’m sorry about him... He’s a bit... Blunt, sometimes.’’ He apologized for Hol, even though he still didn’t know that damn crazy wolf’s name. ‘’You seem a bit shaken up. I can help you. Just let me figure out-...’’ Attention was dragged to Antic’s as she came creeping up to the pup. Hunger was plain to see. Oh, great... Between the blind and the pup, the ‘queen’ and Hol... he was going to die. He just knew it.> As the pup scampered back, he gracefully moved his figure in between Antic’s and the growling puppy. Auds flicked forward as Hol stopped and said something, the normalcy straddling his insanity... He wasn’t sure which was scarier. If Antic’s didn’t back down after what Hol stated, he would continue to respond. To answer the legend’s question. ‘’That.’’ He’d murr out, ‘’is my new best friend.’’ Pleasant smile painted across his smile. Innocent. He did not dare take his eyes off her; they grew wide to catch any movement she might display. His tail stayed lowered however, trying his best to show respect while still... getting in the way, for lack of better words. ‘’I was just about to take her out on a hunting trip.’’ He added, amiably. And either way, if she let them go, he’d lead the pup over to the blind wolf; if allowed, and wait patiently for the blood queen to take her leave, or attack. Whichever she preferred.
Antics smiled broadly and with a hint of psychotic unrest glittering in her eerie gaze. And just like that, the unnamed male's voice captivated her attention. "I see." she acknowledged him, rather disappointed she hadn't gotten a rise out of him as she initially intended. But then again, she was sizing him up in her mind. He was steady, sane, predictable. Perfect pawn material for The Crew - an expendable if you will. "She is your responsibility while you are here." It was not a question or a suggestion, but rather an order. "It would ge tragic should misfortune befell either of you." Though her tone was slightly condescending, it completely forfeited any hint of sarcasm - it would truly be unfortunate in her mind. With that, she allowed them leave and herself: well, she would simply find a nice cool place to sleep for the night. "We shall meet again."
Kayte's ears perked. She didn't understand many words but she heard 'friend' and that was enough for her. Pup would lean forward and lick the male's leg in thanks for protecting her form the big bad lady. She'd follow him as he lead, tail just a-goin', and she'd fall into a play bow and mess with his foot or something and then the player gives up.
[End]
